Level9 PC Solutions repairs most Windows desktop computers, laptops, gaming computers, and custom built PCs from major brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Samsung, Alienware, and others.At this time, we do not repair Apple devices, Android devices, PlayStation consoles, Xbox consoles, or Microsoft Surface tablets. However, limited software repair and data backup services may be available for Microsoft Surface tablets.

Do I need an appointment for in shop repair?

Yes. In shop service is available by appointment only so each customer can receive the proper time and attention. Please complete the computer drop off form and select an available appointment time before coming to the office.

What should I bring with my computer?

For laptops, please bring the charger or power adapter. For desktop computers, the computer itself is usually all that is needed unless the issue involves a specific monitor, keyboard, mouse, cable, or other accessory. Please also provide any passwords that may be needed for testing, along with details about the problem, error messages, or when the issue occurs.

Repair costs depend on the problem, the amount of labor required, and whether replacement parts are needed. Diagnostic fees and pricing will be explained before service begins. You will be contacted with the findings and repair options before any additional work is completed.

Many repairs can be completed within a few business days, while complex issues or special order parts may take longer.You will receive updates if the repair requires additional time.

Diagnostic service is available for computers that are crashing, running slowly, overheating, displaying errors, failing to start, or experiencing other hardware or software problems.Devices with unknown issues require diagnostics before a repair can be recommended. Obvious physical problems, such as a broken screen or damaged hinge, may not require diagnostic testing.The diagnostic fee is $49.99 for standard computers and $99.99 for gaming or workstation computers. If you approve the recommended repair, you will receive 50% off the diagnostic fee.Most standard computers are diagnosed within one business day. Gaming and workstation computers may require three to five business days because they often need more extensive testing.The computer will be tested to identify the cause of the issue and determine the recommended repair.

Will my files and personal information be safe?

Care is taken to protect your computer and personal information during service. However, computers with failing drives, damaged hardware, malware, or severe Windows corruption may already be at risk of data loss.If we believe your data may be at risk, we will let you know and explain the recommended steps before moving forward. Data backup or recovery is not automatically included unless it is specifically listed on the estimate or invoice.

Customers are asked to pick up completed devices promptly after being notified. Storage fees may apply when a completed or declined device is not picked up within the timeframe listed in the service terms.
