Our company policy is to perform a full system diagnostic on every device requiring repair to ensure we provide the correct solution. The diagnostic fee is $49.99 for standard devices and $99.99 for gaming computers. If you proceed with the recommended repair, you’ll receive 50% off the diagnostic fee. Most standard systems are diagnosed within an hour, while gaming computers may take 3–5 business days.

Please note: Onsite services are not eligible for diagnostic discounts.
