Our company policy is to perform system diagnostics on every device requiring repairs to ensure the appropriate repair recommendation. There is a diagnostic fee of $49.99 for standard devices and $99.99 for gaming computers. However, if you proceed with the recommended repair, you receive a 50% discount on the diagnostics fee. Most systems can be diagnosed in under an hour, while gaming computers may take 3-5 business days.
